In this exciting and broad role, you are responsible for the growth of the business by building out current client relationships and winning new business, both within and outside of the Dentsu Aegis Network.

Your key accountabilities will be:

  • Build strong client relationships as a trusted advisor with senior clients and industry stakeholders;
  • Act as a business partner for your clients by understanding their products, challenges and objectives. You understand the business model, the performance of the client and you know what success looks like;
  • Be proud to be commercial. You run each account as a business. You use account plans to stimulate and track future work. You grow and develop client’s business by turning commercial opportunities into results;
  • Manage the business. You ensure that all workstreams and deliverables on the client are overseen and client expectations are met through effective mobilisation of resources at all times;
  • Monitor and measure performance. You effectively manage and monitor the quality of work, client satisfaction and profitability;
  • Own, manage and report client’s commercial targets within the budget;
  • Identify new business development opportunities - use knowledge of DAN products and services to influence and contribute to innovative, ambitious and value driven solutions;
  • Act as ambassador for Vizeum and DAN externally.

 

What do we expect from you?

We are looking for an analytical, independent, pro-active and creative person with a commercial attitude. You are a team player, able to handle stress and feel responsible for your own work. It is also very important that you possess the following:

  • Minimal 5 years of working experience in a similar role;
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills, in both Dutch and English;
  • You have a competitive attitude and know how to generate business;
  • Planning and organizing: you know how to set priorities, monitor progress and make adjustments as necessary.
