This is what your job looks like:

We are looking for an experienced Brand and Marketing Manager who can grow our brand and products internationally, whilst keeping focus on the execution and making your brand initiatives and -projects actionable.

We need a Brand Marketing Manager who knows their way in a growing organisation, one who has a strong commercial focus and who makes data-informed decisions on what moves consumers.  

Your responsibilities:

- Deep understanding of brand & business objectives and how to translate them into actionable plans.

- Creating and delivering compelling campaigns together with our performance department, agencies and other stakeholders.

- Ensuring our brand is consistent over our whole omnichannel ecosystem.

- The development of propositions around our products & services.

-Overseeing all internal and external communications (from ads to content and PR to corporate comms et cetera).

-Having budget responsibility for the brand marketing programme.

-Set and measure internal and external brand metrics, objectives and KPIs and drive the marketing intelligence unit.

-  Localising campaigns and guiding the country managers in the local execution of our master brand strategy.

- Being the go-to person for all brand-related topics to all internal departments and external agencies and partners.

- Managing internal departments and external partnerships/agencies.


The international brand marketing manager will have a driven team to work with, directly managing and developing the brand and marketing team ranging from content to product development and from PR to production. We are looking for a real go-getter, who knows how to move within an international organisation and someone who is ready to get things done.


Together with the CCO (Erica van Vonderen-Hahn) and the International Digital & CRM Manager (Thomas van Mastbergen), you will design and execute the marketing programme. You will report to the CCO, and she will guide and navigate you through the organisation.

We ask:

·         Solid international brand marketing experience;

·         Digital-first mindset;

·         Creative & analytical skills;

·         Strong writing & presentation skills;

·         Capability of motivating and stimulating people of your teams;

·         Project management skills;

·         English fluency (Dutch or French is a pro);

·         Full-time availability.
