To keep fueling our growth, we are looking for a Dutch speaking Customer Onboarding Manager to help entrepreneurs to get started with Teamleader Orbit.
As a Customer Onboarding Manager you will be part of the Customer Success organisation. Customer Success is the foundation of our own success: we cannot exist unless our customers receive great value from our product(s). Everything we do, evolves around customer centricity and delivering fantastic customer experience, and onboarding is the first step of that process. It is (y)our goal to help entrepreneurs work smarter with our all-in-one tool.
As soon as leads become clients, you are their go-to person. You help them to get started with Teamleader Orbit asap. To be more concrete you focus on driving customers' adoption of our product in a proactive way and you train, educate and onboard new customers and help them to be successful. You collaborate with customers to formulate strategies and tactics to ensure they both love our product and achieve their individual objectives and goals. You will follow up on user and customer emails and questions and build relationships with our customers.
