To keep fuelling our growth, we are looking for a Dutch-speaking Customer Success Manager who will build a long term relationship with our customers after the onboarding phase.
As a Customer Success Manager, you will be part of the Customer Success organisation. Customer Success is the foundation of our own success because we cannot exist unless our customers receive great value from our product. Everything we do evolves around customer centricity and delivering fantastic customer experience. After onboarding, you will be the go-to advisor for our customers. It is (y)our goal to help entrepreneurs work smarter with our all-in-one tool.
As soon as Teamleader Orbit is implemented with the client, you are their go-to person/advisor. To be more concrete, you work out a success plan based on their goals and your entrepreneurial drive enables customers to expand their businesses. You are the face of Teamleader Orbit to a portfolio of customers whose needs you listen to. Teamleader Orbit is a start-up within a scale-up, and you will be part of a fast-paced, growing organisation.
You collaborate with customers to formulate strategies and tactics to ensure they both love our product and achieve their individual objectives as well as goals. You proactively form a direct relationship with all relevant stakeholders (e.g. CFO, PM, CEO, COO or related) and maximise these relationships to drive product adoption and customer value.
Oversee the overall success and build one-on-one sustainable relationships with our customers.
With your analytical mindset, you advise entrepreneurs to reach their business goals within our Teamleader Orbit product.
Delivering, measuring, and communicating ROI for our customers, throughout the customer lifecycle.
You are in close communication with the sales, customer success and support colleagues to ensure that each piece of the journey meets customer expectations.
Execute internal processes to streamline and optimise work.
Track and monitor account status.
Give training sessions about the use of Teamleader Orbit and assist customers in getting the most out of our product.
Keep accurate record of all work.
You love to talk with entrepreneurs about their business and identify their needs regarding their workflow and business processes.
Preferably, you know a thing or two about B2B sales. You have mastered the consultative selling method and are inspired by entrepreneurship.
Bringing first value online is your second nature and, you have experience in solving more complex business challenges. You have the knowledge to advise business owners and C-level on a strategic level, recognise their problems and negotiate with them.
You are not afraid to advise entrepreneurs at C-level on how to make the best use of our product.
Furthermore, you strongly believe in technology and have an affinity with cloud-based applications as well with the agency and consultancy business.
Besides that, you speak fluent Dutch (native level) and English (professional level).
Experience in a SaaS environment or agency knowledge would be a great plus.
