Role and Responsibilities

Your role

As a E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day business of the Samsung Benelux online channel. Your aim is to optimize and to improve the e-2-e order fulfilment process, from ordering a product till delivery and beyond.

Your responsibilities

Within the operations team of the Samsung e-shop you continuous look for ways to create more visibility of the day-to-day service levels and identify how to improve these. Together with the after sales manager and logistics development manager you participate in projects to reach our goals and to ensure future growth (doubled year on year).

In the E-2-e order fulfillment you monitor and improve performance of all steps in the order fulfillment process. You are in close contact with all fulfilment partners (e.g. warehouse partners, Last mile service providers, call center) to ensure the best service levels towards our customers.

Besides that your responsibilities are the following:

• FCST management: provide accurate forecasts for both logistics and call center.

• Document all processes to ensure overall knowledge base.
• Process improvements to improve our service levels.
• Standardize or atomize back-end processes as much as possible to reduce manual interventions as much as possible.
• Identify e-2-e customer journey improvements.

Preferred qualifications

As a E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist you have the following qualification(s):

• 5+ years of experience
• Proven experience and passion in driving Supply Chain and Logistics processes
• Hybris/SAP S4 HANA experience

Your team

As a E-Commerce Fulfillment Specialist you’ll be part of the E-Shop department within the Direct to Consumer (C2D) division.
