Position Marketing Coordinator EMEA Lean Innovation Summit

Emerce is the most important multimedia platform for decision makers in digital marketing, media and e-business. Emerce identifies upcoming trends and helps professionals implement innovations in marketing, technology and business in their company. In addition, Emerce organizes numerous leading events such as eDay, Emerce Fashion, Tech Live! and Website of the Year. For our international events Lean Innovation Summit, we are looking for a creative, hands on Marketing Coordinator EMEA. The position is initially for a period of 6 months, with a minimum of 24 hours per week. Extention of the contract will be discussed during this period. The position can also be filled on a freelance basis.

Profiel

Job Role, Responsibilities & Tasks:

 

Hands on Marketing Coordinator, mainly for Emerce’s global events series Lean Innovation Summits, Lean Innovation Meetups and other Lean Innovation events, as well as other Emerce event formats

  1. Kickstart & experiment marketing efforts in reaching new audiences

  2. Content creation for marketing emails and advertising campaigns

  3. Responsibilities (including, but not limited to, the following):

    1. Copyediting

    2. Managing email list and software

    3. Email metrics analysis (CTR, etc.) 

    4. Event calendar listings

    5. Social advertising, paid and owned

    6. Post-event reporting (ROI)

    7. Google Analytics (co-manage)

    8. Project and timeline management

    9. create and maintain website content

    10. build and maintain the community and media partners

    11. initiate public relations 

    12. Request, collect and structure all necessary marketing materials from the internal suppliers and distribute to the marketing partners:
      Country ambassadors in EMEA countries
      Target audience communities
      Sponsor partners
      Speakers
      Media partners

  4. Assist with events onsite, as needed 

  5. Acquiring/onboarding new marketing partners

  6. In relation to marketing partners: make sure that partner delivers on promises made, plan activities, check execution and results. Make sure we deliver too.

  7. co-create and execute the strategy market development of international events 

  8. Content platform planning

  9. Summit planning
