Profiel

Your day-to-day job

  • Optimise online user experience including navigation, shopping journey, onsite search, visual assets, and other parts of the customer journey across Miele webshops on a global scale.
  • Propose onsite changes to optimise conversion, customer experience and deliver sales through analysis of key metrics and data and work with cross-functional teams to implement.
  • Be accountable for accuracy and consistency of content and link changes in all Miele web shops, including daily checks across key pages and driving improvements where necessary.
  • Drive the creation of onsite merchandising processes and workflows working closely with Content Managers, UX Designers, and Product Managers.
  • The Online Merchandiser is going to work very closely with the Onsite Performance Managers, in the Onsite Performance team.
  • Striving for excellence: continuously improve internal workflows and processes related to the category roadmap and backlog.
  • The role reports into Head of Onsite Performance, within eCommerce Sales Department. 

 

We are looking for

  • 3 years’ experience and a proven track record of successfully optimizing online merchandising & business performance. Experience in global organizations is preferred.
  • Creative business mindset based on qualitative and quantitative insights. Combining a data-driven and business mindset.
  • Profound understanding of the customers’ behavior through data. Ability to provide actionable insights from large datasets. Strong experience with Google Analytics or other web analytics tools and testing tools.
  • Well organized in a fast-paced environment and accountable to timelines. Project management experienced. Top communicator with various teams and strong team player.
  • Ideally University degree in business studies, major in Marketing / Digital Brand Management, and other relevant fields
