On our mission to bring together and facilitate smart connections between farmers and their partners we need a Partner Development Specialist to join our team and take on this crucial role.

Profiel

To be successful in the role of Partner Development Specialist in our team you should be able to:

  • Zoom into a market, through a thorough analysis target the key players and come up with the best strategy to approach them
  • Convince potential partners of the benefits that our platform offers them by putting your persuasive powers into action
  • After you've made them fall in love with the platform and its vision, you know what it takes to to turn this precious new love into a long lasting, valuable and loyal relationship
  • Take ownership of a specific market segment and be responsible for recruiting and successfully enlarging the number  of partners on the platform

This is what we would like to see in your background:

  • 7-10 years of experience in consulting/sales/business development/commercial roles
  • Your roles entailed strategic approaches to the target market and consultative selling
  • Experience and affinity for both hunting and maintaining the relationships with partners
  • Master’s degree in agri education with commercial interest/business economics/business administration.
  • You believe in our vision that platforms are the future and you can make people passionate about it as well
  • The ability to work independently - you will be taking ownership market segment
  • Entrepreneurial spirit - you are a self starter who doesn’t wait to be told what to do
  • Traveling throughout Europe will be a substantial part of the job
  • eCommerce experience is a plus
  • Agri background is a plus
  • English is a must, fluency in other languages is a plus
