Profiel

Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:

Develop and manage projects to harmonize and improve processes in order to increase efficiency and effectiveness of the eCommerce Europe operation. The focus is on projects around eCommerce operation, like Salesforce implementation for Customer Service, Order management improvement and new feature on our front end.  

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Independently lead, manage and contribute to multiple supply chain projects with an emphasis on the creation, evaluation, prioritization, and implementation of high benefit, end-to-end supply chain solutions based on integrated business processes.
  • Identify opportunities for internal efficiency improvements.  Coordinate teams to achieve optimized business processes. 
  • Develop and maintain overall strategy roadmap, as well as standard tools and project templates for full project lifecycle to ensure a consistent and adequate project structure is operational; install tracking and progress reports relating towards the execution of the strategy.
  • Effectively manage temporary (or permanent) project resources as needed to complete project on-time.
  • Capture and efficiently analyse data/information to perform trend and root cause analysis as well as to support creative solution alternatives.
  • Deliver high-quality, measurable and sustainable business results for each project.
  • Act as contact point for external project requests and project updates.
  • Provide eCommerce process and policy governance.

    Knowledge Skills and Abilities:

  • MS Office (Excel/Access; Outlook; Word; Powerpoint)
  • SAP knowledge
  • Motivating and leading a complex team
  • Excellent knowledge of Customer Service and eCommerc
  • Excellent understanding of the flow of goods from sourcing to customer
  • Analytical and process thinking
  • Ability to accept and meet critical deadlines with good planning and organization skills
  • Ability to challenge the way in which things are done
  • Fluent in English (written and oral); excellent communication skills
  • Demonstrated application of Six Sigma methodology
  • Solid project management skills with extensive process mapping skills

     

    Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:

  • A 4-year degree from an accredited college or university with emphasis on the areas of business, economics, logistics, planning, supply chain, information systems, or operations.
  • University degree or equivalent education required
  • Minimum of 7 years of work experience, preferably in eCommerce, Customer service, Operation
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience managing people
