As a Website Manager in our Eliza was here E-commerce team (part of Sunweb Group), your goal is to improve customer touchpoints along the customer journey. Starting from holiday orientation until holiday return. You optimize all moments of contacts with our (potential) customers (f.e. app, customer account and website). For this you will build and strengthen our commercial efforts. You maintain and develop our platform, take initiative in UX / CRO, do A/B-testing, develop current and new pages and content (in collaboration with the Content Marketer)… in order to have the best possible user experience.

* Note. In the first couple of months you will have several brands of Sunweb Group under your care, as support cross-brand is needed at this time

Your challenge:

• Manage the operational customer journey

• Manage & develop the website from A-Z

• Manage the digital performance of our platforms (Website, App)

• Optimize conversion rate and initiate CRO experiments & UX improvements

• Optimize landing pages

• Work closely with different departments: UX, Online Innovation, Customer Experience, Product Owners and other Website Managers.

What about you?

We are looking for a junior/medior candidate with 3 years experience within a comparable job. 

• Strong analytical skills using tools such as Google Analytics

• Excellent level of English and Dutch are a must

• Understanding of the customer journey and all customer touchpoints

• Knowledge of CRO, UX, SEO and able to analyse consumer behavior

• Experienced in working with Content Management Systems such as Magento, Desk and/or Sitecore

• You are fulltime (40 hours) available

• You’re a team player who feels comfortable working in an international, innovative and collaborating organization

Our office is in Rotterdam, but we are currently working from home. When the situation allows we prefer to be in the office 2-3 days a week.
